In 1968, under Mr. Pravinchandra B. Shah, Vipul Group began its journey in the dye and pigment industry, establishing a manufacturing facility in Thane, near Mumbai. By 1972, the company launched Vipul Dye Chem, which was renamed Vipul Organics Limited in 2017 to better reflect its diverse product range.

The company saw significant growth with the entry of Mr. Vipul P. Shah in 1989, who expanded its offerings to include pigments. Vipul Organics went public in 1995 and has since focused on integrating its operations to enhance value chains, exporting to over 45 countries.

In 2015, Mr. Mihir V. Shah joined the company, further diversifying its portfolio into sectors like paper and cosmetics. Today, Vipul Organics is recognized for its innovative solutions across various industries, employing over 350 people across multiple locations and celebrating its Golden Jubilee as a trusted name in the color industry.
